Attorney Donahoe is a Junior Associate at McGregor Legere & Stevens PC. She helps clients with a wide variety of environmental, land use, and real estate issues in the state and federal courts in Massachusetts and before local and state agencies, boards, and commissions. Active with several environmental, land use, and law related organizations, Ms. Donahoe remains informed and contributes to Boston and Massachusetts legal community.
She is a graduate of Bentley University summa cum laude and Boston University School of Law cum laude. While in law school, she was a member of the Review of Banking and Financial Law Journal and participated in the Environmental Law Practicum working with local environmental organizations on semester-long projects. While involved with the Practicum, Ms. Donahoe completed research on extended producer responsibility legislation with the Conservation Law Foundation of New England, Inc. She also was active with the Energy and Environmental Law Society, and competed on the Mock Trial team.
Ms. Donahoe interned at the Cameron Law Offices, an immigration, criminal defense, and appellate law firm in Boston, and served as a research assistant for Professor Madison Condon, for whom she prepared memos on an assortment of environmental and business-law relations, including greenwashing, asset pricing, SEC reporting, and investor-led environmental pressures on business. She also authored papers exploring SEC climate reporting. Before starting at McGregor Legere & Stevens PC, Ms. Donahoe for two years was an Investment Funds attorney at the firm of Kirkland & Ellis in Boston.
