
LUKE H. LEGERE, Esq. is an Associate with McGregor & Associates. Prior to being admitted to the Massachusetts Bar in 2005, he was a law clerk with the Firm for eighteen months. He has helped clients with issues including wetlands, zoning, development agreements, insurance claims for environmental damage, and health and safety regulations. Mr. Legere has provided support in preparation for litigation in state courts and administrative proceedings before the Department of Environmental Protection.
Mr. Legere has done extensive research and writing on topics such as the Wetlands Protection Act, non-zoning wetlands bylaws, regulatory takings, Brownfields Redevelopment, and effective court enforcement strategies for conservation commissions. He has also written for the Massachusetts Association of Conservation Commissions' newsletter.
Mr. Legere is a graduate of Colgate University and New England School of Law, cum laude. He was honored for receiving the highest mark in both his environmental law and land use law courses, in his second and third years of law school, respectively.
